If you’re not happy with your purchase, we’ll do everything we can to make it right. It’s literally a core value!
Product Returns and Refunds
- You may return unopened items in its original condition within 30 days.
- Products damaged or defective may be returned for a full refund or exchange within 30 days of receiving the product.
- For all returns, please contact us at farm@woocommerce-1201132-4243173.cloudwaysapps.com with your order number to obtain Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before returning product. Returns without an RAM number will not be accepted.
- Include RMA number with your package.
- Within 72 hours after we receive the returned product and it has been inspected, we will process the refund or send out replacement. Refund will be issued to the same payment method used to make your original purchase.
Shipping
You are responsible for the cost of returning the item unless specified otherwise. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless specified otherwise.
