WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Orders received before 10am EST will ship same day or in some cases the next day depending on our workload. For domestic shipments (USA), please allow 3-8 business days after shipment for your package to arrive.

HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?
All products use weight-based shipping using a formula based on our costs.
Domestic USA orders: $6.4614 + $0.2 per 1 oz over 4 oz (min: $0, max: $28.75)
Canada: $25 + $2 per 1 oz over 15 oz (max: $85) => [$25 – $85]. The customer may be responsible for custody fees charged by the carrier which can exceed $50 in some cases)

WHAT TYPES OF PAYMENTS DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept Paypal. Amazon Pay, Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover as well as Alipay. You may make arrangements to pick up your order at our Factory Outlet using the pickup option on the checkout page.
HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
We will send you a confirmation and tracking number as soon as your order has shipped. Please call us at (315)265-1776 with any questions about your order.
HOW DO I KNOW IF MY ORDER WENT THROUGH?
Once your order goes through, you will receive a confirmation email with your order number. If you created an account, you can log into your account and see the status of your order. If you haven’t received an email confirmation you may have entered your email address incorrectly and thus are not receiving our emails. If you haven’t received an email confirmation AND do not see your order in your account, your order most likely did not go through due to a credit card processing issue — your name, billing address and zip code that you enter upon checkout must match your credit card statement’s information. Please email us at [email protected] and we will look into your order for you.
HOW DO I CANCEL MY ORDER?
Unfortunately once your order is processed it cannot be cancelled as it’s already on its way to being shipped. Nevertheless, if you email us within 12 hours after you place your order to [email protected] there is a chance we can cancel it in time!
If your order is processed and on its way to you and you’d like to return it, you can write RETURN TO SENDER on the package (without opening it) and have it sent back to us for a refund minus shipping and handling fee. Please email us at [email protected] if you’re in this situation.
MAY I RETURN MY ORDER FOR A REFUND?
